OEP Couplings manufactures a complete line of high-performance, innovative shaft couplings, precisely machined from advanced materials, using the most sophisticated machining technology available. The OEP Coupling division of Oren Elliott Products, Inc. is a continuation of an already long history of manufacturing excellence.
OEP takes great pride in long-standing relationships with many of our customers, including industry leaders in such fields as semiconductor fabrication equipment, robotics, fluid power, pump systems, analytical devices, food processing equipment, and medical equipment.

OUR PEOPLE
Oren Elliott
Vice President and Founder |

Mr. Elliott's 50+ years of experience in manufacturing started in 1961 when he began working for All Star Products. 22 years later, Oren purchased this company and renamed it Oren Elliott Products, Inc. Mr. Elliott's background includes all aspects of manufacturing management, from the shop floor to the boardroom. Under his guidance, OEP evolved from a struggling company to a powerhouse in their industry.
Now semiretired, Mr. Elliott sits on the Board of Directors.

With over 30 years of experience in all aspects of business accounting, Mrs. Elliott made key contributions to the transition of the company from All Star Products to Oren Elliott Products, Inc., establishing accounting records and procedures that generate cogent financial data for management analysis. Although now semi-retired, Mrs. Elliott still oversees much of the tax accounting, and sits on the Board of Directors. |
Karen Hurtig
Controller |

Karen Hurtig manages all accounting functions, including preparation and analysis of financial reports, management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting procedures. She has 20 years of experience in accounting and office management, and sits on the Board of Directors. |
Ken Neadstine
Manufacturing Engineer |

Mr. Neadstine has over twenty years' experience in precision machining, in such demanding fields as orthopedics and robotics. He has excelled in close-tolerance work in challenging materials and complex geometries at every level, including programming, setup, and operation of multi-axis CNC lathes and machining centers.
He's also been involved in the management and supervision of other machinists, in tooling and fixture design, in estimation and quoting, and in the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques. |
Steven Elliott
Plant One Manager |

Steven Elliott has over twenty years' experience in manufacturing management, including over fifteen years as OEP Plant One Manager. He has a bachelor's degree in mathemathics with honors and a minor in physics from the University of Toledo, and oversees engineering, sales, and marketing with respect to shaft couplings. Mr. Elliott sits on the Board of Directors. |
Crystal Yazvac
Design Engineer |

Ms. Yazvac has several years of experience as a design engineer. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Technology from Purdue University, where she was a National Science Foundation CSEMS Scholar for two years. Ms. Yazvac has used her exceptional expertise with SolidWorks in the design of products in several industries, including industrial equipment, consumer products, and shaft couplings. |

Plant Two Production Manager |

Leo Font has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing management, and is expert in such diverse manufacturing disciplines as injection-molding, stamping, and CNC machining. He has managed production at OEP's Plant Two production CNC machining facility for over 5 years, and sits on the Board of Directors. |
Michelle Elliott
Plant One Production Manager |

Michelle Elliott has managed production at the OEP Plant One assembly and stamping facility for over seven years. She attended Wright State University and The Ohio State University. Ms. Elliott has extensive experience with many assembly processes and techniques, particularly related to electronics. Ms. Elliott also oversees human resources functions for Plant One. |
